A large amount of dirt will affect the service life of the equipment if it is not cleaned up. So how do we clean up the concrete pump ?


Under normal circumstances, we use water cleaning. The site has sufficient water. However, when the high-rise building is hit, the water level in the hopper rises and it is difficult to hit it and the cleaning is not clean. If cleaning with a cleaning ball, you need to soak it in water for 30 minutes in advance and put in the cleaning ball. The anti-pump operation will clean the dirt attached to the inner wall. Now we introduce the common concrete pump cleaning methods:


When the pipeline is long or the cleaning effect is not good, open the hopper discharge door, open the reverse pump, and flush the hopper and the distribution valve. If the pump is pumped upward and the height is greater than 20 meters, you can use a wooden hammer to hit the bent pipe at the bottom of the vertical part. If the tapping sound is low, you need to disassemble the bent pipe and pour out the large aggregate that may be accumulated.


Dismantling material pipe method


After pumping, the pump is reversed for 1 or 2 cycles to eliminate the pressure in the conveying pipe. If pumping upwards, you must first close the shut-off valve to prevent reverse flow, and then remove the discharge pipe. Open the hopper discharge door, and the back pump flushes the plutonium in the distribution valve, the urn and the hopper. Pull out some of the 砼 at the mouth of the 6B or 5B conveying pipe and insert it into a water-soaked cleaning ball or a cylindrical cleaning piston. Close the discharge valve of the distribution valve and open it if there is a shut-off valve, pumping clean water until the piston is pumped out from the output end of the delivery pipe. The advantage of removing the material pipe method is that the pipeline is cleaned, the flow rate of the water source can be lower, and the flow can be suspended. The disadvantage is that it is difficult and difficult to connect again after the discharge port is disassembled. The concrete pump must be cleaned carefully and cleanly without dirt. This will help extend equipment life.
