① Oil temperature is one of the main factors affecting oil pressure

The effect of water temperature on oil pressure must be completed by oil temperature. So it has a certain degree of indirection and it takes a certain amount of time.

② Excessive oil temperature directly damages the engine

Excessive engine temperature means that the engine's oil and water temperatures exceed 90 ° C. Because of the principle of thermal expansion and contraction, after the temperature rises, it is easy to reflect the shrinkage of the engine gap, which constitutes severe wear or "pulling cylinder".

Therefore, when the temperature of the oil and water is too high, the oil temperature should be lowered first.

③ Precipitation temperature has a great influence on the establishment of the oil pressure of the main shaft oil passage of the engine

As we all know, the temperature of precipitation generally adopts the method of "load reduction and high speed". When the rotation speed is too high, the inertia force and centrifugal force of the piston Lianxuan group will increase, which will increase the load on the crankshaft bearing. Together, the speed of the relative collision between the journal and the bush will also increase, which will increase the amount of heat that occurs in a unit time, and the amount of oil in the oil pump will drop. Many oils will be thrown out of the main oil passage, and then cause the appearance of the various parts to conflict. The satisfactory lubricating oil increases the wear and the oil temperature further increases.

④ Lowering the oil temperature can slow down the rate of water temperature rise

The role of the water tank is to lower the oil temperature of the engine. Generally, the method of "load reduction and low speed" is adopted to reduce oil temperature. At this time, although the heat exchange time of the coolant at high temperature parts is long, the water flow speed is slowed down and the heat dissipation time is extended. At the same time, due to load reduction and speed reduction, the amount of heat generated by the collision of various moving parts is reduced accordingly.

Therefore, lowering the oil temperature can not only reduce the amount of heat generated by the engine, but also indirectly reduce the amount of heat absorbed by the coolant, and then it can also slow down the rate of increase in water temperature.
